Pepper with cabbage





INGREDIENTS:

6 peppers,
200 g sausages,
300 g sauerkraut,
1 carrot,
1 onion,
black pepper,
salt,
thyme
Pepper with cabbage



Cut peppers in half and remove the seeds. Place in each half of pepper a layer of meat from a sausage. Cover with another layer of sauerkraut mixed with carrot and onion. Sprinkle with spices: black pepper, salt, thyme. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Serve with sour cream and jalapeno chillies.
