Baked Chicken Livers


500 g chicken liver,
500 ml milk,
1 onion,
1 pepper,
1 carrot,
4-5 tbs of Oil,
1 knob of garlic,
3 tbs of sour cream,
Baked Chicken Livers

Place liver in milk for 1 hour. Meanwhile, cut an onion, a pepper and carrot into thin slices. After 1 hour, remove the liver from milk. Place the chicken liver and sliced vegetables in a baking dish. Sprinkle with 4 or 5 tablespoons of oil. Season the liver with pepper and garlic. Bake for 25 minutes at 200 Celsius degrees.

Serve with garlic sauce: smash a knob of garlic with 1 teaspoon of salt and 3 tablespoons of sour cream.
