- 1/2 cub drojdie
- 60 g zahar
- 2 linguri ulei
- 125 ml lapte degresat caldut
- 1 ou
- 1 galbenus ou
- 3 linguri zahar pudra
- 250 g mac pt. prajituri
- 1 priza sare

Se pune laptele caldut intr-un castron, se adauga o lingura de zahar, priza de sare, uleiul, si drojdia. Se amesteca pana se dizolva. Se lasa 15 minute sa dospeasca.
Faina se amesteca cu restul de zahar, se pune oul.

Se rastoarna maiaua

Aluatul se framanta bine su se lasa la dospit o ora.
Intre timp se pregateste umplutura. Se macina macul si zaharul.

Peste mac se pot pune 2 linguri de stafide inmuiate in rom si se omogenizeaza.
Dupa dospire, aluatul se framinta inca o data scurt se intinde in forma de dreptunghi,se presara macul,se ruleaza si se taie in bucati de 5 cm lungime.

Bucatile se aseaza pe tava captusita cu hartie de copt si se ung cu galbenusul de ou amestecat cu 1 lingura de lapte.

Se lasa la dospit inca 15min. dupa care se dau la copt 20-25 min. Dupa coacere se scot pe un gratar la racit.
