Se pun in sosul de faina 2 linguri de pasta de tomate (sau 200 ml bulion)

Se adauga zahar

Si se omogenizeaza cu ajutorul pasatorului vertical (atentie, al meu are piciorul de fier, grija mare la cele cu picior de plastic, se crapa daca se folosesc in amestecuri fierbinti)
Se mai dilueaza putin sosul si se toarna peste ardeii din oala
Se lasa la fiert inca 2-3 clocote
