-1 ceapa mare
-4-5 catei de usturoi
-250 g sunca afumata
-1 lingurita boia (paprika)
-sare, eventual patrunjel tocat

Se taie sunca in fasii si se pune la prajit. Nu este necesara adaugarea de ulei, sunca va lasa grasime suficienta pentru toata mancarea.

Dupa ce sunca a lasat grasime si adauga ceapa tocata
Se taie cartofii in bucati potrivite, nu foarte mici
Cand s-a calit ceapa se adauga o lingurita de paprica

Se adauga si cartofii
Se completeaza cu apa si se lasa la fiert la foc foarte mic. Nu se amesteca in mancare ca sa nu se sfarme cartofii

Se spumeaza
Cand e gata se adauga usturoiul tocat marunt si eventual patrunjel.
Se serveste in farfurie adanca fiindca mancarica asta trebuie sa fie mai zemoasa; e buna cu castraveciori acri sau cu ardei copti.

Iar pentru desert am pregatit un platou cu fructe (banane, nectarine, struguri - ia uitati ce strugure am avut, a fost de 900 g, foarte dulce )
