Se separa galbenusurile de albusuri si se pune cate un praf de sare si pe ele. Galbenusurile se amesteca cu zaharul vanilat

se adauga putin cate putin untul topit si adus la temperatura camerei (altfel se coaguleaza ouale)

Se adauga peste faina amestecul de galbenusuri, abusurile spuma, apa si praful de copt.

Adaug apoi albusurile spuma si se amesteca usor de jos in sus , cu o lingura de lemn.

Acum se vede ca s-a obtinut o compozitie putin cam groasa, pe care o diluez cu putina apa, atat cat sa fie ca o smantana groasa
Praful de copt il sting in putina apa cu otet si se omogenizeaza compozitia, ea trebuie sa fie , asa cum v-am mai spus, ca o smantana groasa

Am impartit compozitia in doua. O parte am amestecat-o cu un mar ras, inobilat cu inca un plic de zahar vanilat si un praf de scortisoara.

Se pune aparatul la incins, se unge cu putin ulei:

Cu un polonic mai mic (cel pentru sosuri e perfect) se toarna aluat in forme:

Aici un alt mod de prezentare, portionat: sunt cate 3 waffe lipte cu gem si ornate cu un mot de frisca, o patratica de ciocolata si o "inimioara" rupta dintr-o waffa.
