Intre timp am pregatit o maioneza dintr-un galbenus si 100 ml ulei. Am amestecat maioneza cu ceapa tocata:

Adaugam vinetele, saram si piperam si amestecam salata cu pasatorul vertical , pana devine o crema foarte fina:
